Standing in Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi, Diamonds International School has its roots in Titilayo Nursery and Primary School once located in the T.B.S Complex, Lagos Island. The original establishment was under the watchful guidance of Mrs. F.O Adegbenro, the Proprietress. Driven by a powerful desire for superior standards and a tireless ambition to reach the pinnacle and join the ranks of prestigious, world-class schools in Lagos, the name was transformed. Inspired by the sentiment, "of all the invaluable jewels, the diamond radiates the most dazzling light," we embraced 'The Diamond Dream,' and selected this moniker. Hence, we became known as Diamonds Private School and in 2000, we moved to our present location at 87, Lafiaji Way Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi. We started off with a close-knit community of 112 students assisted by a staff unit of 14 members. As of October 2016, achieving our 15-year landmark, we earned an International status, resulting in our current name, Diamonds International School. At present, we are a thriving pedagogical institute with 160 students, supported by a team of 21 highly competent instructors and reinforced by an extra 17 support staff members.
